Conditions of Use of Shenzhen Guangweihang Technology Co., Ltd.'s Independent Clothing Platform
These Conditions of Use ("Conditions") govern access to and use of the online clothing sales platform (hereinafter the "Platform") operated by Shenzhen Guangweihang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), whose registered office is located at 4008, Jincheng Commercial Building, Huaide Community, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or making a purchase, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy (available on the Platform).   4. Delivery and Tracking
    4.1 Delivery Conditions
    • The Company delivers products to the address you provided when placing the order. You are responsible for the accuracy of this address; any delay or loss of the package caused by an error cannot be attributed to the Company.
    • The delivery times are indicated on the Platform (depending on the destination) and start counting from the date of order confirmation. They may be extended in case of exceptional circumstances (customs delays, natural disasters, social events).
    4.2 Order Tracking
    After the package is dispatched, the Company will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to check the real - time status of your delivery.
  5. Returns and Refunds
    5.1 Right of Return
    You can return a product within 14 days after receipt if:

    The Company checks the returned product within 3 to 5 working days after receipt. If the return is valid, the refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 to 15 working days (depending on the processing times of your bank).
  8. Product Warranty
    The Company warrants that the products sold on the Platform conform to the displayed descriptions (materials, size, design) and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you notice a defect within 30 days after receipt, contact the Company immediately: we will offer you either a product replacement or a full refund (including round - trip shipping costs).
    This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use, non - compliant cleaning, or lack of care.

In case of a dispute between you and the Company (relating to the interpretation or execution of the Conditions), the parties first undertake to seek an amicable resolution. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bao'an District (Shenzhen, China).
